What tyre pressures should I have on standard 172 alloys?
I had a flat tyre this morning so blew all my tyres to 32psi, and now the car feels really twichy, especially the back end.
I wasn't at Ford Fair this year mate due to getting the new engine ect.
I was there last year though, and on track most of the afternoon.
Are you a member of passionford by any chance?
They'll be plenty near you then LOL.
If you go to any shows like Trax, Ford Fair ect, that is closer to you then give me a shout as I'll be doing a good few track days next year.

My cars in storage for the s**t weather and I was sick of using the van so I picked a 172 up, I was surprised how quick they are tbh, and got it quite cheap.

You can get the 18" copys mate, but they are made from the standard wheel so you can't fit big brakes under them. Shame really.
Edited to say it was around 400bhp, come the new year when the new engines mapped it should make over 500bhp.
As for the wheels I hate them in pics, but they look lovely in the metal.
Thinking about getting a set of 6 spoke comps, maybe a dark colour just for a change as it's a killer trying to keep white wheels clean.
The standard wheels wont fit over my breaks LOL
