well i reckon ill sort it myself rather than give him the car back, will get done quicker, will the gasket need a replacement if i take the inlet manifold off? if so i might aswell order one in before i do it

rich, thats what i was told to do when i took it down to the 2nd garage, they did mention that the gasket might need replacing once its all removed though, is this a possibility? well i wont be letting anyone jet wash it again, it was done before i knew about it tbh

Hi, I have just had a new cambelt kit put on my car and since i have had it back it cuts out everytime i leave it to tick over. Only way to stop it is to constantly rev the engine, i have spoken to the mechanic and he suggested that the computers need resetting. Any Ideas??

well mine was gettin 30 before, it went down to 24 so i had the lambda sensor changed and went back up for a few days, nows its back down to about 26, its got a ktec stealth exhaust and its been de-cat too but the MPG should still be higher than 26 :S

Also when i ran the diagnostics on the car it come up saying there is a fault with the injector and the oil sensor.
