It could be a HT Lead not firing that cylinder spark plug. Have you looked to see if the injector is firing? You know what cylinder it is so order I would go is. HT leads + a set of plugs if there abit shabby. If that doesn't work try a coil pack can always be sent back if that's not the...

From what I know the engines are exactly the same internally my friend. Don't take my word it's a point in the right direction tho. Someone will definitely verify this for.

I wouldn't risk it as I said before mate. I'd get the belt done asap. Rather that than a new engine?

I wouldn't take the risk if I'm honest. I can't see much movement on the video, maybe slightly.. But I'd say it shouldn't move like that.
