New wheels for Clio 200 RS

Follow-up question: Apparently the Clio Cup race cars use MICHELIN S9B 20/61-17 slicks on 17" speedlines. Are those the 'normal' speedlines that you get on your road-legal Clio or are they special racing speedlines? Erwin

New wheels for Clio 200 RS

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a second set of wheels for my Clio 200 for trackday use, so I'd have them fitted with semi-slicks. My Renault dealer quoted an extra set of speedlines at 256 euros per wheel (so just the rim, no tire included), which seems expensive (a basic 17" aftermarket wheel...

200 Cup rear interior parts weights

@ben_r1: I'm not sure what you mean with "the ISOFIX" (do you have pic?), but the stuff that I listed is the only stuff that I took out. Maybe the low-fat cup back seat doesn't have ISOFIX support?

200 Cup rear interior parts weights

I just stripped the back of my Clio 200 low fat cup, only taking out those parts that can easily be replaced. It takes about 15 minutes to remove/put back all parts. For those interested, here's how much weight I saved: rear bench : 4.6kg rear seat back + accessories: 13kg toolkit: 1.8kg boot...

    Clio 200 owners pictures

@Sanders: It's just super around the Ring! The car is just two months old right now so it's still loosening up and I'm still learning. The cornering speed is just fantastic and the breaks are unbelievable (10 laps back-to-back no problem). The biggest problem is a lack of power on the many...

Is the Clio 200 Cup spoiler functional?

Speaking of diffusers, afaik this is indeed a functional part on a Clio 200. Apparently if creates 40kg of downforce at 130 kph (http://www.renault.be/nl/gamma-renault/gamma-renault-sport/clio/clio-rs/prestaties/).

Is the Clio 200 Cup spoiler functional?

Does anybody know whether or not the Cup spoiler you can get on a Clio 200 as an option is functional? Does it do anything or is it just for looks? Erwin

Cup badges on a 200 cup???

@rob_200: did you manage to get those CUP badges? I just got my new 200 cup (proper cup: black side mouldings, ...) and it doesn't have them either and I'd be interested in getting some. Erwin

Clio 200 Cup side "CUP" logo

Hey there, I noticed that the Clio 200 cups used during early tests had "CUP" logos on the doors, for instance take a look here: http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evocarreviews/236731/renaultsport_clio_200_cup.html I've never actually seen this on a 200 cup, and my brand new one certainly...
