Hi, I'm having the same issue. However when I took my pump out there was no washer to be seen. I'm fairly sure it hadn't dropped off as I ended up taking the whole tank out looking for it! Do you know the size/type of washer that fits on there? Simon.

You should also check out the guys at K-Tec Racing www.k-tecracing.com, they race Cups know all about their faults and couldn't be a nicer bunch. They were very helpful when I was having the issues and also sorted me out with a cracking suspension set up!

Took mine off today. Used mole grips and a bit of brute force worked a treat!
