I'm no expert but I would say that it would be extremely difficult if not impossible. A turbo works by using the expelled exhaust gasses from the engine to turn a turbine which in turn forces more air and fuel back into the cylinders. etc etc. I'd sell it and by a bigger engined car if you want...
