The subframe has mountingpoints welded in for the cup enginemounts.
Only the rear is not a direct fit to a JC5 gearbox, but it's an easy fix though, only need to flex the 2 spacers out and you'll have cup enginemounts.
0.0 comfort though with these mounts. if you ever consider, send me an...
Very nice project!
You modified your subframe, I did almost the same to my previous car, R5 gtt, I found out that in that car I only had 24mm of space between the subframe and the gearbox. I don't know how much higher you made the ears but I thought I should mention it. It would be a pity if...
got a cup megane, think the shape is like ph1 2.0 16v megane.
subframe is no big problem, i can modify that with a grinder and weld a new plate in it. if I have to modify the chassis that would not be as easy..
with engine in is impossible, i dismounted it from engine once, lifted the engine and then it's in your hands :)
BUT a clio mk2 is no megane, I will try to fit it this weekend, really hope it fits but I don't think it will without using the grinder for my subframe / chassis, still not a big...

Got a complete engine F4R laying here to fit in my megane cup, but I'm struggling with the exhaust. I have a 182 manifold laying here. What do I need to...

Hi,
I'm from Holland, registering here because I have some clio 2 cup parts to sell and I think that some of here may have interest.
I own a Megane Cup myself, but I don't drive with a Sadev sequential gearbox, sad but true, I don't have the budget for it. I'm using a JC5 with a Quaiffe LSD...
