Hi everyone, not posted alot on this forum but been a member for a while now
Just wondering what sort of MPG your getting out of your 182's?
My plans were a stainless steel exhaust system with decat pipe and a remap would this reduce my MPG and by how much?
Many Thanks
Carl :)
Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to the site and am looking into a clio 182 after having my vauxhall corsa C for 18 months now and with it being a 1.2 its time to move up in the world.
I am wondering what MPG are you guys getting out of a 182? .... also miles to full tank?
Thanks
Carl :)
Thats a nice average MPG figure dave, i would be more than happy to have that as i do similar driving to you and i am same, dont flaw it but dont hang about either.
Sounds like a competition to get the 197 :) i totally agree with you, smiles per gallon not miles per gallon. But still a average...
Re: MPG from your cliosport 197
this is similar to what id be doing and the motorway journey to work which is 5 mins on motorway and 5 mins on dual carriageway which is 40. Would i achieve low 30's from this journey i make twice a day 4 times a week?
Re: Post your clio sport 197 pics
absolutely stunning examples buddy :) the cup spoiler in my opinion makes the car so much better styling wise. alot dont like them, a little OTT but i wouldnt have a 197 without one, my must mod if i dont get one on the car when i purchase :)
yeah ive not seen alot of them either, everyone seems to have the 172 or the 182 but i love the shape and style of the 197 and also love the extras you can get for them, will be awesome when its modified but wont be over top :)
Post your clio sport 197 pics

Re: MPG from your cliosport 197
so the later models ie. 08,09 plates have slightly better MPG due to more economical parts? .... so i should look towards the later ones?
thanks buddy :) yeah plans sound good mate, ive had a fiesta mk4 for 2 years, the corsa for just over 14 month so probs keep the corsa until summer then look to get a clio sport 197 and keep it for 3 years or so, make it something special :)
Cheers anilv :) alot of hard work gone into it but sadly its too slow now as its only a 1.2 twinport and im 21 now. I am looking to get a clio sport 197 (06-09). Im thinking the ones with the recaro bucket seats in as a optional extra and the ones with the goodies too, climate control, cruise...
