Newbie from Yorkshire ;; come over from Corsa-C UK

Hi guys, im new to this forum currently own a 2006 vauxhall corsa c formally named bumblebee, the latest pics of her are below. Alot of hard work gone into her, bought her standard just over 14 month ago.

Im looking to get a clio sport 197 this year sometime, currently saving up for one. Any tips or anything on the car would be great

Hope to get to know a few of you and sure some may have seen me around in Leeds and around Yorkshire

You done a good job on the corsa mate nice one! i got a clio myself starting to do it, currently i got all 5 windows tinted, audiobahn 15inch sub with kenwood 1800w amp, custom exhaust system, alloys etc. next looking to lower it 35mm and black angel eyes! what clio you looking to get ?

Cheers anilv alot of hard work gone into it but sadly its too slow now as its only a 1.2 twinport and im 21 now. I am looking to get a clio sport 197 (06-09). Im thinking the ones with the recaro bucket seats in as a optional extra and the ones with the goodies too, climate control, cruise control, xenon lights etc. I would firstly add little touches to it then remap and custom twin exit cat back system

no probs!! yeah sounds good mate, will b good when u start doing it with the remap exhaust system etc. i wanna do my clio and probs keep it for another year then sell for a new car! maybe a upgrade on a clio !

thanks buddy yeah plans sound good mate, ive had a fiesta mk4 for 2 years, the corsa for just over 14 month so probs keep the corsa until summer then look to get a clio sport 197 and keep it for 3 years or so, make it something special

yeah mate deff sounds good clio sport 197 are the newer ones and dont see many done up tbh! so will b good mate.

yeah ive not seen alot of them either, everyone seems to have the 172 or the 182 but i love the shape and style of the 197 and also love the extras you can get for them, will be awesome when its modified but wont be over top

They are faster and any car can look great modified in the right way

Brians Clio 200 isn't as quick as my 182. Probably because it weighs 5 tonne and he can't drive :clown:

The 197's are actually slightly slower from what i've personally found as well, alot of extra weight for what is likely +1-10hp extra they have!

Welcome though, i do have a soft spot for them as they look pretty damn nice tbh!
