Right then so my oil return I'm doing it to the block was jus wondering what size hole I need to drill what size tap (thread) and what fitting to use any one help with this would be great cheers :)

Few more goodies come through the door today new water pump my intercooler and camber bolts :) booked it in to efi parts for the 5th of August for the ecu installation and setup, my pistons and rods are down cardiff @ south wales pistons getting the valve pockets machined out of my megane...
Where is that oil return to on the block can't quite work it out I'm doing mine the same wouldn't you be able to tap a thread and used a screwed fitting? I've seen a pic on here vv
UPDATE :)
started stripping the engine today, rocker cover was a ba**ard to get off but got there in the end lol took the head off block will be going on the engine stand tomorrow and stripping the bottom end taking pistons out and going to get the block drilled out and tapped for my oil return...

thought it was definitely right because its got 2 connectors on top of the sender thought one would be for flow and would be return
received my ph1 fuel sender yesterday morning but only had chance to look at it today I took it apart to see what's what took the pump out, obviously I'm upgrading that, what's this on the return line? Pictured below?

Took the gearbox, alternator, ac pump, steering pump, starter motor etc to a bare block had a little play to put the manifold and turbo on just to see how it will look ;)

I've read this whole thread and not posted, have learnt quite a bit from it tbh so thanks for that lol I'm in the middle of doing mine engine came out today gunna start rebuilding it tomorrow :) did the clutch fix the problem then?
Scoff will be doing the ecu part of it and the mapping :) I'm using a 4 paddle clutch and Im gunna see how long the gearbox will last I'm gunna have a spare one waiting to go in when mine fails lol
