Appreciate the kind words! The Piper exhaust I have fits really well with Powerflex exhaust mounts so it didn’t take much adjustment to get it sitting how I wanted. I’ve had this system on the car for over 10 years now and it’s a quality item.
@FrogJam Motorsport uses a 3MO sequential in their race car, no recent updates in the thread yet but plenty of photos and info on their instagram.

There’s plenty of adjustment on the Velcro straps for various leg sizes. They can sometimes slip down if the bottom strap isn’t done up tight enough but it’s easy to get the right fit and stay comfortable for prolonged use.
Using these almost daily and I’m still pleased with them.
Stewart drove exceptionally well over the weekend and certainly gave Jake something to think about, must have been an epic lap in quali to take pole on the GP circuit, it was a pleasure to watch and thanks for an insight into the car.
Yes I bet the running costs are eye watering to privately own now, like you say great to see them being used rather than stuck in a garage or car collection. I actually thought 20+ cars was a good turn out and hopefully in the future the event will grow and more owners will get the cars back out.
The super tourers will race again at Croft next month with the Classic Touring Car Club however it won’t be a big event like this occasion and likely fewer cars out.
Hopefully it will take place again next year, plenty of current and ex touring cars were also on display and took part in demo...
I was lucky to be there all weekend supporting a driver in another series, it was an unbelievable weekend!!
So good to see these super tourers back out racing…. that sound!! 😍😍
I’ve got one currently fitted and in general it’s ok but it does rattle every so often. Before this I had a simple plastic gear knob in the same style which I would say was better and cost around £15 from eBay.
Incredibly sad news, this photo taken just before the race of Brad and his partner just hit me, I can’t even begin to imagine how their friends and family are feeling this evening 😥
I’ve been using Redbacks strapped knee pads for a number of years now and would recommend, really comfy strapped design means you can wear them all year round with shorts although they do also sell the trouser inserts. Due to the pad design it never goes out of shape or compresses like the foam...
Makita radio‘s are just superb! we’ve had our one at work for over 10 years, used 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and it’s still going strong and sounding good.
Although capable of setting a fast lap time A052’s in our experience will go off in the latter stages of a 15 minute race and the sidewalls are noticeably softer.
On a front wheel drive car doing 15 minute races A050’s on the front and A052’s on the back has been working well so far this season.
Looks like you’re moving in the right direction, car looks great!
The Clio’s in Tricolore Trophy were doing 53’s at Brands last season and are all naturally aspirated approximately 240bhp.
From the brief description on the video it says the car has been under development for 3 years and its still in the testing stages.
I think once the car is in its final form it will be quick in the fwd class.
This mk4 Clio features a totally bespoke wide body kit and is powered by a 500bhp Megane engine. The car weighs 1100kgs and competes in hill climb events across Europe.
