I have a mk1 172 here and did have the same kinda problem. had my wheel bearing replaced and ever since then it was making the noise. Took it back to the garage and they couldnt work out what it was. When I had the wheel off my acr and turned the disk it would get really stiff at one point...

I got caught up in this when going to work on the tuesday. the accident that caused the tail back was horiffic tho. Some poor soul had an accident, the driver managed to get out but the passenger was stuck. His legs were trapped and the car caught fire :(

I take mine to Nationwide on works road in Letchworth. Nice people in there and never had any problems with them. Ever since I have had my car they are the only people to have worked on it.

have called 6 different dealers and all say 62 quid. i dont know what to do. Maybe the pricing has changed since you lot who have them got it. If anyone finds out a dealer near them, who is doing it for that price i would happily pay them to buy it and post it to me with a little on top for...

ok, ill try a few more dealers but so far letchworth and milton keynes both said 60 odd quid. What dealers have people got these from for the lower price? I can then use this to tell the next dealer i ring up.

every dealer i ring quoets the above part as 65 pounds and no one seems to know the part code for the tray without the switches. Please help i am really getting frustrated. :(

is it possible to swap the decat for the oem cat on the scorpions??

Basicly i am after a sports exhaust (straight thru + decat + tail) where i can take out the de-cat and replace it with the orgininal cat. So centre piece and decat needs same connection as standard de-cat.Get wot i mean! I have a mk1 172 (2000) and any suggestions will be welcome.

I wanna see what it looks like on a mk1 172 (oval tail) is it big?? I dont like big, i like subtle, i dont car if you can hardly see it, me likes performance and a bit of noise, know what i mean??

Nope, cant get the 63.5 tail exhaust from supersprint. No-one has them, discontinued!! ffs!! Might look into the devil exhausts, see how they are like!! Has anyone got one??? Anyone??
