How do i take out my back renault badge off my mk2 ph2 boot and also my clio badge carefully without it snapping?

I was looking through ebay and decided to purchase some new headlights.. Then i thought about which bulbs to get, super white or ice blue.. What are the best Xenon bulbs to get that will last the longest and look the best? Also if anyone has any pictures with the bulbs in please let me see :D
