Got a ph1 clio I want to lower, I was looking to lower it 60mm apex springs is this all I need to get low when I take my car to the garage for them to be fitted

It will fit on the inlet pipe but not were the original air filter goes

In fact it's definitely a round inlet pipe

No I want to remove the original filter and fit the cone filter to the pipe I can see
