uhhh why not? To link the S4 to the samsung smart watch you have to download additional software onto the S4, so i'm guessing you'd have to download software to both devices to get them to link together.

Depends how long they haven't been adjusted for. Lots of WD40, airline, wire brush and possibly some stilsons will do the trick!
