All done, I managed to open up the UPC with an allen key and as soon as I took the 15 amp fuse out you could see it was all burnt inside where it had blown! It's replaced now and all the lights are back to normal, so many thanks for the advice.
Ah right, I thought it might be a fuse. Do you know whereabouts the fuse box is located on the Mk3 Clio? I've found the one for all the interior electrics next to the steering wheel but I'm not sure where the one for the main lights is.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

The right rear indicator lamp on my Clio has recently stopped working. I have a spare Bosch one from a replacement that Halfords did before but I was going to try and fit it myself. Does anybody know what tools are required to remove the rear light cluster? I've looked and it seems to be...
