Thanks for the confirmation, I didn't think it looked to healthy. Is the spring available separately or do I need the full kit?

Just fitted new aux belt kit. The belt is tight and the spring on the tensioner isn't just compressed but also bending due to the pressure. Is this normal or is it broken? Thanks.

Have been trying to identify some engine noise and noticed that there are many posts here regarding whirring or whining that could be similar to mine. I have a noise on start up that lasts for 20 seconds or so and then a continuous whining that is related to engine speed. The usual suspects...
