I've had a knocking on my lower arms for a few weeks back and although the arms are new there was still a knock there. i removed the n/s arm today to investigate and have found one of the rear mounting holes is bigger to the other 3 is this normal? As the bolt has a lot of play in that hole...

Looks fantastic dawn but agree with the rear.

But it does as it's a common problem on them. also there is a lot of engine movement with standard bushes.

I fitted some heko wind deflectors couple weeks back, at first they would drop a little when window was down so I used double sided tape on the and they held fine. However I noticed the other day they have dropped again. is there anyway to keep them in place so they don't keep dropping? Will...

When will a defective track rod end tend to knock, ive got a knocking when pulling off, steering under acceleration and braking. Has had a new dogbone mount both wishbones and front springs and shocks replaced

Ok so, had new front shocks and springs, 2 front wishbones, 2 front arb stabiliser kit, and new dogbone mount. and the knocking still happens. Going in garage Monday as I've had enough of it.

Does the engine need supporting when changing dogbone mount on d4f engine.

Did this ever get resolved? I have the exact same problem on my 1.2 I'm heading towards dogbone mount tho.

A mate of mine with a 1.2 16v 03 has a fault with his hazards. they just keep coming on randomly on their own, anyone heard of this before

Deffinatly isn't a cv knock.

Only couple months however the rubbers are soft and quite badly perished.

Your driving a 1.2 mate it he engine is never going to sound good, even with a chavtastic filter.

For tar removal autosmart tardis is the product you want and carpro iron x for fall out.
