Wishbone mounting holes

I've had a knocking on my lower arms for a few weeks back and although the arms are new there was still a knock there.

i removed the n/s arm today to investigate and have found one of the rear mounting holes is bigger to the other 3 is this normal? As the bolt has a lot of play in that hole.

its a mk2 1.2

Make a stepped washer
Make the step the same thickness as the bracket and slightly larger diameter.
Drill the original hole to the diameter of the step.
Put said washer on bracket and weld.
Oh...and use quality steel....or you'll keep doing this.
