I've got a 200 cup, glacier white with the black speedline alloys (as opposed to the anthracite ones).
You'll love it. I know I'm biased but I'd recommend you try one with the cup suspension before discounting them. Yes, the ride is firm but it is never harsh or crashy. Supple would be the...
Blue 197/200 with cup spoiler Shrewsbury, Emstrey roundabout, Thurs about 5-5.30ish.
Saw it a few weeks previously at the next roundabout after the Emstrey one (Preston Boats?) taking the A5 east/M54 exit.
Looked stunning. I was in the white 200 on the Emstrey roundabout if you saw me!
I can recommend CoPilot as well. It's just not just good because it only cost £20 for UK maps, it's as good as if not better than the garmins and tom toms.
Bought a Kenu Airframe which mounts my phone onto the air vents at eye level so it turns my phone into a proper sat nav without leaving...
I bought a glacier white 2010 car in Nov 2013. 'Proper' cup car (badge on side of doors) so no air con, bluetooth, other toys etc. The lack of air con has not bothered me yet (windows down so you hear the awesome engine more and turn the stereo up).
What it has got are the black speedline...
If you want to reduce your insurance, I can recommend taking the advanced driving test from the IAM. I did it 3 years ago and paid about £120. This gets you the test and unlimited training from an experienced instructor.
I am now saving £150 this year insuring my Clio 200 fully comp.
As...
Re: £392 to purchase, paint and fit a GT spoiler for my Clio 200. Good price or rip-
Thanks I will do this week. I'm in Shropshire so Digbeth is an hour away and I kind of know the area. but if they'll do a good job, I don't mind travelling. As mentioned above, I'm not sure that my local...

Damn. I'd just assumed that the roof could be wrapped in the same gloss black colour. Can you only get matt black rather than gloss black?
Re: £392 to purchase, paint and fit a GT spoiler for my Clio 200. Good price or rip-
You could be right. They didn't even seem to know the difference between the gt and the cup spoiler.
When I get it done (probably in about 2 weeks) I could ask then but you could just use their contact form online. In my experience, they emailed back pretty quickly.

Re: £392 to purchase, paint and fit a GT spoiler for my Clio 200. Good price or rip-
Thanks. Just emailed asking for a quote. They are a bit further away but I would much rather support an indenpendent business.
From what other users on here have said, they seem like a professional company and will do a good job. Been very efficient when dealing with them so far via email. I know it's not much but they have definitely created a good first impression.
Didn't know it was possible to do the lower front...
Re: £392 to purchase, paint and fit a GT spoiler for my Clio 200. Good price or rip-
Thanks guys.
My complete lack of DIY skills and the fear of actually drilling holes into my car means that paying someone else is the only option!
The guys from Renault have not mentioned anything about a new boot lid but I'll double check. Thanks.
Sandycroft? Yes. http://www.autopro-motorsport.co.uk/contact-us.html
I posted yesterday that I am planning to get a gloss black vinyl roof wrap.
Before that, I want to add a gloss black GT rear spoiler to my Clio 200.
My local Renault dealer and their bodyshop have quoted me the following prices (all incl VAT):
purchase the spoiler £184
paint it gloss...
Thinking of getting a gloss black vinyl roof wrap for my clio 200. Auto Pro Motorsport in Cheshire have quoted me £99 + VAT.
Has anyone used them before? Any positive or negative experiences?
Am thinking of turning the white roof of my glacier white mk 3 clio 200 into a black roof. Does anyone know where I could go to get this done?
Is it a black vinyl wrap? Rough cost? Any downsides? Any reccomendations for places in the West Midlands? (I'm in Shropshire)
As usual, any advice...
I've got a similar white 200 cup. Had it for 4 months now. You are going to love it. Would be interested to know how you get on with doing the black roof because I was thinking of doing the same to mine but have got no idea how to start! Rough cost? Do you need a Renault specialist?
Cheers.
Random question but what kind of Impreza have you got and have you driven any kind of RS clio? If so, how much quicker is the Impreza than the Clio? Is it just 'pretty quick' or does it properly shove you back in your seat when you put your foot down?
I could be wrong but I'm sure that I've watched a Chris Harris video when he is driving a Clio 200 cup (mk3 X85 model in grey, I think) on a track and he says something like it one of his top 5 favourite cars ever or one of the 5 cars he would drive on his last tank of petrol. Want to show it to...
Yep compared to my 1.6 SportKa it feels like a ferrari. As I said, the top end of 3rd and 4th gears always makes me smile!
Just out of interest, did it take you long to find your car in your ideal spec/colour/age etc? I was looking for about 4 months but I think that was because I was being...
The Frenchness was one of my theories too, that or some sort of extreme weight saving measure to save a tenth off the Nurburgring time but I don't think even Colin Chapman took it that far! I did buy the car despite expecting typical 'French' build quality but I've been very impressed so far...
