Well SCS was an eventful day for me! Mixed emotions.
So many awesome remarks from so many people on the clio which made me so proud of the work and hours i have put into getting it to how it was.

Just use brackets if using 300mm discs and if using 280mm discs mill 5mm from the bracket?
Also is there any difference between the 197 and 406 calipers? It's the 406 ones I will be getting you see?

no way in hell of doing it? its just because if i get them, they are free, so wouldnt want to go out and buy 197 calipers as i am only considering the upgrade due to a good mate not needing them.
I have hopefully managed to get a hold of a set of 406 brembos.
I want to run them with 15" as i can get cheap track tyres. I have read its impossible without machining which I have had a look into.
The only thing i am unsure on is the braided lines the same as the 197/200 conversion? if not can...

nice, i used to race jnr tkm when i was 12-13, always said if i was to go back racing id do tkm. im hoping to buy a kart after my track car is built, probs be a rotax though to save rebuilding them every 5 hours like a tkm lol
I have a 172 ph1 non cup, but i removed the air con radiator, pipes and everything under the window wipers, went to scrappies and got the heater blower of a 1.2 as this is the same setup as a cup. I also want to remove my air con pump and try use same alternator etc to cut cost as pure ms delete...
I have been informed there is a forum on here in relation to converting a non cup to a cup engine belts setup? i have a track car project, i have removed the air con and replaced with the cup heater setup but want to remove the pump etc. any help would be much appreciated thanks
