Had this message come up on the dash .Car is Megane 2.0dci .Plugged my code reader in and it says open or short in Mass Air Flow (maf) Circuit.
Improper voltage at Mass air Flow (maf) sensor. Faulty Mass Air Flow (maf) sensor. Does this mean I need to replace the Mass air flow Meter?
Managed to borrow a code reader, and now the fault is Fuel volume regulator control circuit open. In plain English what does that mean I need to replace now.
I have a Megane 2011 dci 160 bhp. This message came up about a week ago, especially when going uphill. The car would stutter for about a little bit then the message would go off.

picked up a pre cat oxygen sensor for my 04 182 tonight,
its a bosch part no 258005136,been checking on the net and it looks like the wrong one!!! can anyone help?
