I've had this problem since I bought my clio. I changed everything to find out what it was and it eventually turned out to be both my driveshafts !.

I have a miltek exhaust system on my car and I'm changing it back to the standard one soon. Just wondering how much do these got for used ?. Looked online but can't find anything. Only the back box will be for sale soon as the middle section is just holes and rust.

i also had the same problem after changing them and that soon turned out to be my break caliper was sticking a bit n the right and that fixed it.

Luckily I posted this because I was going to take the dash apart thinking it was some kind of aftermarket crap.

Got one of these on either side, anyone now what they are?. Had the car just over two month now and never noticed until now hahaha.

I had this issue for 2 months and no one could find the problem until I took it to rentec, it was a ball joint. Now it drives like new !!.

Right, once again my clio is back in the garage !!. need a new middle box and cat and was quoted £490. im just going to get a whole new system and was wondering if you guys can help. Im im needing everything apart from the exhaust manifold. anyone got any ideas what to get and links to them...

Has anyone got an ideas why my traction control on my 172 won't work. its just out of the garage after getting the exhaust manifold and it's came out with the traction control light not going off. I've tried just pushing it and seeing if it wheel spins for a long time then pushing it again and...

Ah i know your car, silver one parked on the side just up from the sports bar ?. i told them im not paying full labour as all i wanted was the exhaust mount put on cause the bolts were rounded and i wasn't even going to waste my time trying to get there off lol. its a black one mate.

yeah i live right across from the sports centre and i took me 10 minutes to get to the garage as the car had no power at all. i called rentec for a quote and they said £680.50 but i got a stainless steel manifold new of ebay for £200 and £70 for labour charges. i also told them that my left...

I've got the part. Bought a stainless steel one for £200 new. As for fitting the garage who originally found the problem is only charging me £70 for labour :)

worse than cracked, it has a massive chunk out of it.

has anyone got a link to a full manifold kit for a clio 172. renault have one for £480 but looking for cheaper. dosen't have to be renault just as long as it fits. cheers.

Anyone know of good garages in edinburgh?. just got my car back from the garage to change my exhaust mount and 7 hours later I get it back with a cracked manifold!. im paying for the manifold but no labour charges is all I could get out of them.
