0-60 times

what is the proper 0-60 time for my 1.4 rt haynes book says 10.5 this site says 11 something ?

coz my 98bhp 1.4 16v is 10.5 (but its a bit faster than that realistically)

Its the 1.4 OHC 8v Energy engine, either 85bhp or 82bhp depending on year...

Yeah, that 0-60 sounds about right.

Sounds about right to be honest. The differences may be down to one measurement being 0-100kph and the other being 0-60mph. If you dont want to lie to yourself Id take the higher figure. My old RT probably ran 0-60 in around 11 seconds which isnt too shabby really.
