probably not going to make much difference on a 1.2 but every little helps. Better off sucking in cold air than hot air.

check your size you need as this was avery tight fit on mine but I managed. (just)
I used to have a K&N induction kit on and although sound was better I think the K&N panel filter feels better, But that could be just me!
