1.2 timing belt area whirring noise

hi peeps, i have this noise sounds like a dove (whirring) it is coming form the timing belt area, i have recently replaced the timing belt and the water pump, done 3k and this noise is still there. i have checked it the belt it doesn't seem to tight the waterpump turns freely. theres no wear on the belt, no rubbing on the covers. it not the alternator or the belt as i have removed the belt and started the car and it still makes the noise. the noise increases as the revs pick up.

any ideas?
