What can be recommended for a sub thats 12" and kicks out a minimum of 1000 rms but a max of 1500 rms?

any real bass head knows about dc audio and the best bit if u wish to throw double the power at it will just laugh at you as they are well under rated or you can go for a level 4 which is £319

Scottyboi - I have the big qtr panels lined with 4mm deadening leading into the pillars then topped with 8mm sound proofing. I have 4mm deadening on the floor of the car, just need to do the passenger and drivers side footwell's.

Then when I have settled with the equipment, i will line the boot space area with more deadening, not doing the roof as its packed out.

I currently have a 1krms sub running and on high volume 55 out of 62, no panel rattle apart from the exhaust sheild....

i hope you have your amps set up correctly as having the headunit near its max level of volume if you havent set up the gains chances are your clipping like mad

i have 3 12's and im shaking every part of my car even with sound deadening so you will always have a rattle or flex when you push alot of power

Dink - Ive been offered a XXX but I know nothing about them and never heard one run either.

Bionic - I currently have a 1500rms mono amp running a 1000rms sub, I also have a 4ch 4x140rms 280w running 4 speakers that can take 80rms 160w speakers. The amp are no where near full power and I can hit the 62 volume on the headunit and its clear!

Been looking at the next mono amp up that will kick out 700rms at 4Ohms or 2200rms at 1Ohm.

I also have 0awg wiring for power and earth with 3 main ANL fuses.
