Hes Finish, its part of finlands law to make sure all drivers can drive like a rally driver before they can take their onroad test. Something along those lines.
Their driving test includs rally driving
Correct me if im wrong anyone, just remember seing it on TV once,

You're right though, they require a lot more time behind the wheel than us, with more demanding training til they're given a licence. Not exactly rally driver stuff though!

I think its a certain amount of time on a skidpan, not sure about rally driving, either way it sounds like a good idea, fun+educational for those who like driving and may stop so many accidents when its a bit wet or snows a few inches for those with little driving experience/common sense/interest

Should be compulsary to have at least ten driving lessons on rallying and track days when english learn to drive, we all f**king uselsss.
