13cm to 16cm speaker adapter

Can an adapter be bought for the above? Also anyone running Alpine Type R speakers? Would they have to be amped or would they run ok off the h/unit? Ta.

nah youll have to cut out the existing 13cm speaker mounting which is a actual molded plastic item molded to the doorcard, really easy to cut it out from behind when the doorcards removed and then fabricate a 16cm 18mm MDF spacer, dont forgot to spray it matt black to integrate it better and ensure the MDF doesnt soak up any moisture that may be present, PM me if u want some pics of mine!
