15s or 16s

I've seen what poeple think about going from 16s to 17s, but what about going from 15s to 16s? At the moment i'm on 195/45/15s and i feel they're pretty decent for what i've got. Is there any noticable difference in performance and handling when changing yo 16s?

Shouldn't make that much of a difference really, if anything your ride height will be affected
