16v steering collum

where can i get a collum for my 16v uj s are gettin bad. does anyone know where can get secondhand one? has anyone one else had this problem what was the cost etc?? genine is bout 150 then fitting on top.

Well youll be please to hear that fitting is not to bad.To be honest I would fork out for a new one unless your not going to keep your car more than a year as chances are that itll just go again and youll then be back to square one.

now theres is a confident man(steve) who must have small hands to do the uj bolt up,lol

steve is right , its not too difficult,

this seems to be a common problem with the valver

we specialise in the clio/gtt conversion and have done a few valver, within the conversion you loose the power steering which means the column and rack has to be changed,

i have kept a few low milage columns which i have for sale, these have been checked for wear and are in good condition,
