172 brake conversion

Finally doing the 172 brake upgrade for the Valver. I still have a few questions though:

I know I need the 172 hubs but do 182 hubs work as well?
Will an angle grinder do the job to make it narrower so the strut will fit?

I have braided lines for the valver, will they fit the 172 calipers? If not, which ones do I use?

What is the solution for the abs sensor? Do I use the valver ones or 172 ones? (Assuming the connector is the same)

I’m open for any tips and tricks or things to look out for doing this conversion

Don't know if it's any use to you, but I did the Laguna hub conversion, and modified them to fit the Clio 172 ABS sensors, as the Laguna ones were different.
