172 front bumper on non sport

Hi all im looking to get a 172 front bumper for my 1.2 I know that you do have to change the wings but a few people have managed to fit one on without changing the wings does anybody have a guide / advice on how to do this

Just use some cable ties to pull the sides in. You can do the same to hold your 182 backbox on.
