172 Pass seat runner stuck

The seat will slide all the way forward but not back. Ive checked for something on the runners but they're ok.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had this, a small silver metal piece had broken inside the runner, meaning it would just jam if moved back past a certain point.
A few have had this issue iirc.
