not sure if all ph1 were the same but my early W reg one had a tape player with a 6 disc changer under the drivers seat.

Any TunerList cd player will work, just make sure its not an UpdateList (it will say on the bottom right hand corner of the face of the unit)

My Y reg ph1 has a tape player, so think it was all ph1s.

I have no tapes, but haven't changed it as it takes me back to my youth!

Mine has a tape deck and cd changer. X plate.

My Y reg ph1172 from factory came with a tape player radio and an alpine 6 disc changer under the drivers seat all controlled by the steering wheel.
