Eibach Pros. Drop was small but still noticeable (so 10-15mm). Handling is well sorted. Bought them from K-Tec so £110 I think + bit to have them fitted.

The same as andydean. I bought a set of Eibach Pros from Demon Tweeks last week for £99 inc VAT. ChavyBoy fitted them for me on the weekend and as said above, the drop is not that noticeable but the handling is so much better now and I imagine it would be even better without the ContiSports on !

Here is a pic just after the springs were fitted :

I measured before and after and the ride dropped 10mm as suggested, I expect it to drop a little more once the springs are fully bedded in.

There are loads of people on the forum who went with the Eibachs too : Roamer, telford_mike, Viv172, SilverRSC, Essex_lads_bro and _KDF to name a few.

I actually like the headrests up even when people are not in the car...... strange !

_KDF, you got the springs yet mate ?

Saturday Morning before 1pm... fitting same day, all going well I will have some pics up saturday night ;)

And I can even get hold of a 21mm swan neck ring spanner off a mate !

h&r coilovers, drop is adjustable to -75mm at the front and -55 at the back i have it set at about -40mm front and rear at the moment but am probably going to go lower on the rear soon. ride quality is really good, it is firmer than factory but it is still supple and not harsh at all. handling is spot on definately very impressed with them

i cant honestly remeber how much around 6/700 (i did get some discount to get it at that price tho) pounds it did include the springs basically a complete kit to fit to the car. i bought them from motorsports wheels in bristol

Again, for everybodies viewing pleasure, Loonies coilovers. Simple to install, but took a fair amountof time. Then there was the fiddling on height, loony decided to use a micrometer instead of a rule. Thus we spent alot of time adjusting the height.

Oh, then he decided he wanted the height corrected for when he was sitting in it! lol

H&Rs were a pleasure to work with.

X 200+ cup, now focus RS

im on H+Rs aswell, had some FKs on my corsa and didnt think much of coilovers after them but the H+Rs are spot on,

hehe, thats not what you said when i greased your nipples with copper slip as you fitted the struts, you were loving every minute of it

  172 cup,s2 rs turbo

fitted some of the apex springs from k-tec to my mates car on saturday. the ride feels ok and the drop was noticable. fitted quite a few of the ebiach kits but they dont make a noticable lowering difference but they do improve handling. im going for the apex ones as it dropped my mates pretty well and the ride isnt to bumpy.

I got cheapo Gmax springs which lower -25mm all round. it still makes back look like a transit van, so my FK coilovers are on order!! I will say that the handling is much better though, and the front looks pretty sorted with my 17s
