182 aftermarket little box with button and lights...what is it!?

Hi guys. Recently bought another 182. wondering what this is!? Any thoughts? Little box with light and buttons below the traction control switch..looks like a diy job. Im guessing something to do with the track...kill switch and or light flashing or something.

Isn't that the factory option horn with 3 tones? I think you can program each with a different icecream van tune.
