182 doesnt start

Hi guys
I have a problem with my 182, I recently had all the wiring done for me from 0, except for the engine wiring.
I have no spark and the injectors do not open to inject (ecu with immo emulator installed).

here when the car was still with the original wiring and started.

I have many doubts about why it doesn't work...but the throttle body works without a problem and I have 12v in the coil distributor.
I have another question with that photo taken from this forum, should I bypass the immo relay or do something?

Whats the problem exactly.

Does the starter crank? Has the immobiliser emulator been verified working?
