182 heater ressistor

i have the dreaded ressistor problem however i thought i had one sourced from a breakers but it was wrong , its the climate control one im after , ive been searching everywhere on the net to find valeo direct to see if i can get a new one cheaper than renaults 120quid if anyone can help i,d appreciate it

I had the same problem and turned out it was the transistor on the heater resistor pack/ module that had gone.

The closest transistor I could find was this: http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?moduleno=22997

Has simlar spec to the one that is faulty

So can be sorted for only £1.94, so is worth a go!
