197/200 gearbox codes

what's the gearbox code for a 197 and the code for a 200?

mine needing a refurb and looking to get a 200 one for the better ratios

I used a standard 197 reg and got this

be giving that a miss then haha, just going to get a 2nd hand 200 one and have it rebuilt then fitted, may as well get the shorter ratios to soften the blow!
