197! Typical dodgy reno build quality!

has anyone else seen the threads popping up on the renaultsport forums about faults with the 197

ive seen a few and it doesnt look good! something about seizing rear brakes as well as interior trim falling off lol

seems like reno still havent got their house in order yet on build quality

Tends to be hte case with the earliest models of a new Renault!!!

The Megane 225 was the same, yet the later ones are a lot better. They tend to iron out the problems after the first lot get fixed over and over again! lol

Lol the 197 I saw at the London Motorshow last wkend didnt look too well build. The silver dash inserts were already falling off haha. Doesnt suprise me TBH, wasnt impressed at all with it, and 4th gear was well clunky.
