i recently bought a 1994 1.4 astra. it has the standard stereo system inside but when i power the car up, the headunit comes up with "SAFE" then says "10 _ _ _ _". im guessin this is where u write in the security code?
the previous owner gave me a piece of card that had two sets of 4 numbers - im guessin the first one was the original code and then he had it reset to another code?
now, when i write in either of these codes, nothing happens. do you think i might need to get it reset for another code? does anyone know how to do this?
