19inch HD TVs...

I want to get my parents one for Christmas for the kitchen or their bedroom (both rooms have crappy 15inch hiatchi box tvs lol).

I don't really want to spend too much more than £150 and have been searching round and this seems like it might be slightly difficult! My parents will only get annoyed if I spend too much on them! (Although I could keep shtum about its price)...

But anyway, I don't want to buy them a piece of junk, so any advice on what I need to be looking for, even at this kinda price range, would be very much appreciated!
