2 PC Problems - Help Please :)

ok i have 2 problems, probably easy as piss to fix but im baffled by em.

first one is sometimes on webpages, the writing is so small its unreadable, when i up the res to 800x600 or the bigger one, its just about readable, any ideas why? my current (normal) res is 1024x768.

problem 2 is whenever i take a screenshot, it only fills half the page, like so

If you are using IE, try setting your text size to normal using the menu (tools->text size) In Firefox, press ctrl+0. If that doesnt work, set your font size to 100% in the display settings.

The second one is a bit stranger, it seems you have a larger virtual screen size than your monitor can display.. ATI card per chance?

if your text size is too small can be adjusted on the fly Hold down ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel will resize all text in the browser for you.

2nd one what program you pasting screen shots into? Its filling the whole screen you just added a bit extra onto the canvas probably just needs a resize check how large a new canvas is.

very handy thing with the mousewheel, sorted that cheers

as for the print screen, im just hittin PrtScn, open paint, paste, file, save as jpeg. i did use a program that did all this auto called grabclicksave, but i cant find a download for it nomore

that did full size screenshots. also how do i check canvas?

yea ati, drivers up to date though hmm

When you go into paint, resize the 'canvas' before pasting in your screen dump.

Heres what mine looks like, just before I pasted in the screen dump, it should automatically resize the canvas to fit your desktop on.

Get yourself a copy of something called MWSnap300 for capturing whole screens , grabbin pics off websites etc ...

Nice little program i accuired from work ,lol only 643kb

Good for resizing files sizes without loss of quality to pics
