What's peoples thoughts on this?....

It sounds great & I'm debating whether to get AMD to chop mine out for me?

Is the flat spot really that bad?

we charge £80, so that's about right, just make sure they cut it in a way so it can be welded back on in future!

Thanks for the advice as always Fred.

If I was closer I'd 100% have had you guys do it, but seeing as I'm in kent.

Saying that tho my Mrs's cousin lives up your way & she's been saying we should visit.. if we do, I'll drop you a line & give you some notice.

I had mine removed on the 200, it does give you a flat spot around 2.3k, but I learned to live with it. The time you'll notice it most is if you accelerate quickly away from a junction or roundabout, once you're up to speed you're above that rev range though.

IMO it's worth it for the rasp/crackles/pops it gives you.

Looking at the Youtube vids I'm loving the sounds!

I could live with 2.3k flat spot tbh, may get it mapped along the line anyways.

Cheers for your feedback bud
