200 cup or just a 200?

sorry for all the questions but im new to clios etc i am going to order a new 200 this week with any luck :D but i really dont know what to get, i have two options, do i go for the cup and forget about all the luxuries and have it for the pure driving fun, i dont use aircon etc in my car at the mo anyway. or do i go for the 200, add the cup chassis and get the extras. is it worth it? whats the resale like? i know i will lose money any way but will the 200 with the cup pack be easier to sell in a couple of years to come?
what do you lot think? cheers

200 with the Cup option imo. You don't sound like you'll be spending 6 weekends per summer in Germany lapping the ring, so why worry about the few seconds that AC and the other gubbins would cost you?

I placed an order yesterday, as nice as the cup itself drives it never crossed my mind get a cup as it is, i went for 200 with cup chassis in Silver (best colour with bumper i think) be getting in 1st of September on a new 59 plate :D

Depends what you want, if you could live with the cup then go for that, if not just push a little further budget wise and get a cupped 200.

Do you get steering wheel controls with the stereo on the cup? As when i specced mine up the jazzy stereo with steering wheel controls was an extra option also.

Can't understand why the f**k anyone would go for a cup with AC?? The driving position is sooo flexible with the fully adjustable wheel. Giving that up seems stupid IMO, back to the 1*2 monkey driving position.
Funny, most people laughed at the 182cup, how is it any different to a 200cup with ac?

Full spec one with Cup packs for me.

Does the 200 come in ultra red? Think that would look quite good (for an ugly car ;)), black on red works well.

I got the cup with satin speed lines AC and Recaros. Best options as everything else is a waste of time.

Yeah it makes sense. With the extras i had the car is valued at £17k. You then need to add another 1.4k on top to turn the 200 into a cup. Silly money really for not a lot of extras. Who needs lights that turn when you go round a bend :D. Would rather spend £80 on a HID kit and blind everyone else :D

If the Cup steering wheel position doesn't work for you then there is a lot to be said for a fully adjustable steering wheel...but then...if you are adjusting it to get the best from the cars handling you'd be better off with the Cup as it has the quicker rack...not something available on the 200 with the cup suspension?

I sat in a Cup the other week and the driving position was great for me.
