2000 1.2 mtv - cuts out occasionally

i bought a clio 1.2 mtv on an x plate for the missus, on occasion it cuts out for no reason, is a pain to re-start and then is fine!!

i thought it might be for a number of reasons, anyone know which it could be?

-plugs
-throttle body
- fuel / air problem

i was also going to fit an induction kit, i have a full green induction kit of my previous car, can i fit it straight onto the throttle boy and remove the airbox and add the oil cooler to the pipe below or do clio's not like it?

New plugs, fuel filter and a tdc sensor of a scrapper and it hasnt cut out for 2 days now but has developed an iratic idle!!! reckon a brand new tdc sensor will sort this or is it worth getting the throttle body off the scrapper on 2??
