Can you get the ph2 172 to 200bhp with out ITBs if so how?

I have seen the rs2 looks a lot better than ITB. What the differance between 197 or 438 cams? As I'm all new to the clio's

Still needs final mapping, goes nicely though.

It tries to kangaroo a bit at low rpm when cold, maybe something that could be ironed out with mapping?
