Soon as I saw this thread. I thought exactly the same as most of those folk. On that note the DLC is rumoured due to PSN store slipping, to be out on the 14th of Feb.

Another contender for me would be Bioshock Infinite, definitely.

Each to their own and all that; I'm glad I played it and completed it etc. but never had the feeling of playing through again.

Storytelling and atmosphere were both superb though.

Well, I put in the title Game of the Year award and then wrote awards in the OP. So you were right in a way.

No idea about cross platform. Would be nice if someone could find out and post a link to the results because I can't seem to access any other site but CS currently, which is weird as hell :S

That's exactly how I felt - I was glad I experienced it but I've never felt encouraged to chuck it back on - It's the only game I've ever played on a PS3 too!

Would be a close second definitely. Been a quiet year for games really. I would strongly suggest you download Burial at Sea DLC for Bioshock. Well worth it.

It was good, but GTA V is a class above, the scale and detail they put into a living environment was amazing, last of us is too linear.

I've had The Last of Us since release and still yet to play it

Dota 2 takes ALL of my time up!

I bought a PS3 specifically to play TLoU. I don't regret doing that as I also played some other stuff like Journey, Uncharted 3 and Beyond Two Souls.

Anyway - very good game don't get me wrong, but it was over rated at the time and it is still being over rated now. Sure I think it would make most peoples top 5 but the 10/10 reviews and constantly being rated as Game of the Year really surprises me given the bad frame rates, sluggish controls and some weak memory test stealth game play transported to present day from 1998.
