220 Clio RS Trophy R Link

Hello all,

Bought my first Renault yesterday and I love it. 2017 Clio RS Trophy. Love the car and all the bits but the only thI got I’m having problems with is trying to set up the R Link. In the car it keeps saying un able to connect even though I’m all connected. Any help would be grateful.

What is it you're trying to connect?

It's likely the subscriptions have expired so you won't be able to connect to the live services

They run out at the end of November so will deal with that then. If I’m correct the R Link is like the App Store for Renault and you can download apps for the Nav screen.

Isn't this the issue with week number roll over and it needs a software update?

Google rlink toolbox you can update it yourself with a usb flash drive

I've done the update on mine as it wouldn't let me adjust the time on the clock
